Subaru is about to bring its next generation of Outback complete with refurbished interiors, modified exterior design and under the hood features that would leave you awestruck. The 2016 Subaru Outback is a SUV that will follow other popular brands like Renault and Nissan to bring forward a modular platform that not only trims down costs, but also brings with it a host of new possibilities. It will be based on Subaru Global platform, a platform that will be launched with the release of this vehicle. 2016 Subaru Outback Engine Specs
In order to keep up in the highly competitive SUV segment, the 2016 Subaru Outback will come powered by very capable and efficient engines that promise superior performance and better fuel economy than before. The powertrain will be paired with manual transmission controlled by paddle shifters behind its steering wheels. Another benefit of these engines is that their emissions are a lot of eco-friendly as they emit low CO2. The engines fitted to this vehicle are:
